Order Processing

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of placement. Bulk orders may take slightly longer, depending on the quantity.

Once your order is on its way, we’ll send you an email with tracking details so you can follow your shipment. We know waiting for your favorite natural products can be exciting, and we aim to keep you updated at every step.

To avoid delays, please make sure your phone number, address, and pin code are correct when placing your order.

We currently ship within India only.

We offer standard shipping through our logistics partners. Delivery times and charges vary based on your location and the size of your order.

Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched.

Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on orders above ₹500.
For orders below ₹500, a flat shipping fee of ₹50 is applied across India.

All shipping charges are clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

After your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number and link to monitor your delivery in real time.

Delivery Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Ambrosia Natural Products India Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, public holidays, or courier service interruptions.
